With twenty years of experience, Maker started his career in the San Francisco Bay area with Cushman And Wakefield a part of the Rockefeller group, leasing and selling commercial office buildings. He later took a position as Vice President of Trans America Title in charge of starting the commercial high liability division. After a successful run with Trans America, Maker decided to move into the lending arena. He secured a position as Vice President of Western Residential Lending where he developed an extensive knowledge of lending and foreclosure. In 1989 as a single parent he and his two children relocated from the Bay Area to Sacramento. Brian his son is now a licensed Real Estate Agent and works with Maker as a partner. Being new to Sacramento at the time Maker choose to utilize his corporate style and training and apply it to residential Real Estate. Since 1989 he has closed over 3500 transactions, which is over 200 homes per year.Using his knowledge of management and systems he has partnered with Brian Maker to create a marketing system that will out pace typical marketing techniques and utilize today’s technology.
